Shift: Saturday & Sunday | 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM

We are seeking a compassionate, dependable, and motivated Direct Support Professional (DSP) to support individuals in a residential setting. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about helping others maintain independence, dignity, and quality of life while providing hands-on daily support. Must be available to complete 3 consecutive days of training in New Haven during morning hours.

Schedule

• Saturday & Sunday
• 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM
• Consistent weekend schedule

Responsibilities

• Provide direct care and support to individuals in a residential environment
• Assist with activities of daily living, including personal hygiene care (bathing and toileting)
• Encourage independence while ensuring health, safety, and wellbeing
• Support community participation and engagement as appropriate
• Complete documentation and communicate effectively with team members
• Maintain a clean, safe, and supportive home environment

Job Requirements

Requirements

• Must be available to work weekends
• Comfortable providing personal hygiene including bathing and toileting as well as direct care support
• Valid driver's license, reliable transportation. and ability to commute to New Haven, CT for onboarding/training for 3 consecutive days of training during morning hours
• Strong communication skills and dependable attendance
• Experience in human services, caregiving, DSP work, healthcare, or related field
