Prepare and process weekly/biweekly payroll, including wage calculations, deductions, garnishments, bonuses, and reimbursements for multiple companies. Ensure payroll practices comply with federal, state, and local laws; maintain up‐to‐date knowledge of tax and labor regulations.
Process vendor invoices, match purchase orders, and assist with payment runs as needed.
Duties could lead to reconciling bank statements, identifying discrepancies and/or preparation of financial statements for monthly clients.
