Claims Specialist

Wells Family Dental Group is in need of an experienced Dental Claims Specialist to work supporting our 9 locations around Raleigh. Our ideal candidate would have at least 1 year of experience with the following: Dental codes and terminology Input payments; Checks, EFT's and Virtual credit card payments Knowledge of an insurance EOB; payment, network write offs, patient portion If denials of payment are received: you will be researching why and you will be in direct communication with insurance companies, both verbally and in writing, providing sufficient information, along with writing appeal letters to receive payment and follow up on old claims This is a fast paced job requiring efficiency and focus on details.
