Physical Therapy Specialist / Rehabilitation Expert

MLee Medical Employment

Help People Move Freely in a City That Dances to Its Own Beat

If you're a licensed Physical Therapist with a passion for helping people rebuild strength, rediscover movement, and reclaim their independence, this could be the role - and the place - you've been waiting for. Whether you're a seasoned PT or a recent DPT grad looking for your first opportunity to make an impact, here's your chance to be part of something special. You'll join a collaborative, mission-driven rehab team that's serious about clinical excellence but never loses sight of the human side of healing.

From your first day, you'll feel the difference. Our therapists are trusted, valued, and encouraged to treat patients like people - not numbers. You'll build real relationships with the individuals you serve, guiding them through personalized care plans that go beyond physical recovery and support long-term wellness. And you'll do it all in a setting that gives you the tools, flexibility, and support to grow - both personally and professionally.

What Your Work Will Look Like

As a full-time Physical Therapist, you'll assess patients of all ages and backgrounds, many of whom are recovering from injury, illness, or surgery. You'll create tailored treatment plans and guide patients through hands-on therapy sessions that help them gain strength, mobility, and confidence. Whether you're leading exercise routines, applying manual therapy, or simply offering encouragement during a tough session, your role is at the heart of the healing process. You'll work closely with physicians, nurses, and other allied health professionals to deliver coordinated, comprehensive care, and you'll provide patients and caregivers with the education they need to carry progress forward beyond the clinic.

Why This Team - and This City - Are Worth It

You'll join a team that genuinely cares about each other and the people we serve. Our leadership is approachable, our culture is collaborative, and our goals are shared. We support your growth through mentorship, continuing education, and opportunities for advancement. Whether you want to develop a specialty, take on leadership, or simply do great work with great people, you'll have the room to explore what's next.

And then there's the rhythm of the city. Located in the heart of the Peach State, this is a place where Southern charm meets soul. The area pulses with music - Otis Redding, Little Richard, and the Allman Brothers all got their start here - and you can still hear that legacy in local venues, festivals, and street corners. Our antebellum architecture, historic homes, and tree-lined boulevards tell a story that stretches back generations, while its lively arts scene, diverse dining, and thriving college community keep the energy fresh and forward-looking.

Each spring, thousands of cherry trees bloom in brilliant pink across town, marking a new season and reminding locals why they love to call this place home. Whether you're into live music, riverside walks, architecture, history, or just a good plate of fried green tomatoes, our city delivers - and welcomes you with open arms.

Bring Your Talent, We'll Bring the Support

We're looking for a Physical Therapist with a DPT or equivalent and an active license to practice in Georgia. Previous experience in a clinical or outpatient setting is appreciated but not required - new grads are more than welcome to apply. Specialty certifications in areas like orthopedics or geriatrics are a plus, but the most important thing you bring is your passion for patient care, your critical thinking, and your ability to connect.

Let's Build Something Together

If you're ready to bring your skills to a team that values your work and a city that feeds your soul, we'd love to meet you. Apply today and discover what happens when purpose meets rhythm in a place that moves to its own beat.
