Physical Therapist or Physical Therapist Assistant

Tender Touch Rehab Services is seeking a compassionate Physical Therapist Assistant to provide high-quality, evidence-based care for seniors in skilled nursing and long-term care settings. Working closely with a supervising PT, you will implement individualized treatment plans focused on improving mobility, function, and quality of life. Responsibilities include therapeutic exercise, gait and balance training, functional mobility, and patient/family education, along with accurate EMR documentation.
