We are seeking a bright, creative, energetic individual to further expand the reach of our Low Voltage staffing services in our corporate office located in Iselin, NJ.

Job Description:

• Work closely with a dedicated sales and recruiting team to fulfill the telecom and low voltage contract staffing needs of for our clients.
• Source a pipeline of technical candidates by utilizing our internal database, job boards, networking, referrals and any other creative means of locating qualified candidates.
• Conduct full cycle entry level recruiting including sourcing, screening, interviewing.
• Present candidates to clients, coordinate interviews, negotiate pay rates and extend employment offers.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree nice to have.
• Prior internship/work experience in sales or inside sales, marketing or customer service environment preferred
