ABOUT OUR AGENCY:

I opened my agency in 2014 and currently lead a team of six. Before becoming a State Farm agent, I spent more than 30 years in the insurance industry, with experience in both claims and marketing. I'm a proud grandfather of four and enjoy hiking, adventure travel, and exploring our national parks. I've completed the Camino de Santiago in Portugal, hiked St. Patrick's Way in Ireland, and visited 22 U.S. National Parks. Serving others is at the heart of our agency. I lead a mentoring program and ministry group, support local schools and youth initiatives, and encourage my team to stay involved in the community. I'm also a member of the La Porte-Bayshore Chamber of Commerce and have been honored as a La Porte ISD Distinguished Alumni, Past Rotarian of the Year, and La Porte-Bayshore Volunteer of the Year. ROLE DESCRIPTION:

As an Account Representative for Frank Nance - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You help grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market products and services to help meet those needs. Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed. Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service. Service can include responding to inquiries regarding product availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification. Promote successful and long-lasting customer relations.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Experience in sales (outside sales or inside sales representative, retail sales associate, or telemarketing) preferred. Experience in managing customer relationships preferred. Interest in marketing products and services based on customer needs. Communication skills - written, verbal, and listening. Dedicated to customer service. Able to anticipate customer needs.
