What You'll Do:

Assist in hiring, training, and developing a high-performing team.
Lead by example to create a guest-first culture every shift.
Communicate expectations, assign responsibilities, and motivate team members.
Ensure the restaurant is safe, clean, and compliant with Dunkin' standards.
Execute promotions and operational systems.
Control costs and manage labor to maximize profitability.
Track and drive sales results, always seeking improvement.
Step into the Restaurant Manager role when needed—gaining hands-on GM experience.

What We're Looking For:

Restaurant, retail, or supervisory experience required.
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Driven, ambitious, and ready to take the next career step.
Able to thrive in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.
Comfortable managing schedules, staffing, and cash handling.
Basic computer skills + financial acumen.
At least 18 years of age; High school diploma or equivalent required.
