Senior Project ManagerLocation: South Francisco Bay Area, CA

What You'll Do- Drive large-scale projects from preconstruction to closeout , ensuring safety, profitability, and excellence.
- Lead and inspire high-performing teams, fostering growth and collaboration.
- Build strong client relationships and deliver an unmatched customer experience.
- Champion Lean Construction principles and cutting-edge planning methodologies.
- Manage budgets, schedules, and risks with precision and confidence.
- Education: Bachelor's in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field (Master's preferred).
- Experience: 7–10 years leading complex projects, managing teams, and delivering results.
- Certifications: OSHA 30 (preferred)
- Skills: Expertise in scheduling tools (MS Project, Primavera P6), construction software (Procore, Bluebeam), and financial management.

San Francisco Bay Area Pay Range
$198,000—$221,000 USD
