You set the tone with a warm welcome, manage seating and guest inquiries, and handle financial transactions accurately. Your attention to detail, professionalism, and guest-focused attitude help ensure efficient service and a smooth dining operation that aligns with company service standards.Job Description:Essential Functions and ResponsibilitiesProvide timely and courteous guest service consistent with the company's guest service cultureGreet guests with a warm welcome and promptly escort them to their seatsAccurately manage assigned bank, obtain change as needed, and notify surveillance when transporting fundsAnswer phones professionally, assist with guest inquiries, and handle complaints when Manager on Duty is unavailableMaintain thorough knowledge of menu items, specials, and POS/manual transaction systemsAssist guests with information regarding hotel services, features, and local attractionsEnsure cleanliness and readiness of the entrance, tables, menus, and stations; report and correct deficienciesRecognize and accommodate VIP arrivals and special requestsProvide friendly departing remarks and invite guests to returnDemonstrate sound judgment under pressure and strong organizational skillsMaintain confidentiality of guest information and company dataEnsure compliance with all applicable gaming laws and company internal controls, policies and procedures, Title 31, and federal regulations, if they apply to the positionProvide outstanding guest service in a timely manner to both guests and fellow team members that meets the company's guest service culture standardsPerform other duties as assignedQualifications6 months of experience in a full-service dining venue preferredAbility to follow instructions and complete tasks accurately in a fast-paced environmentStrong communication skills and willingness to work as part of a teamCommitted to fostering a respectful, inclusive, and safety-conscious work environmentAbility to access and input information using a moderately complex computer systemRequirementsAt least 18 years of ageHigh school diploma or equivalent preferredAbility to effectively communicate in English, both written and verbalObtain and maintain all work cards as required by the companyVerify right to work in the United StatesWork CardsRequired based on property location or regional regulationsPhysical RequirementsOccasionally push/pull up to 25lbs.Occasionally lift and/or carry up to 25lbs. at floor, knee, waist, and chest levelsOccasionally squat, kneel, reach, bend, twistOccasionally sit and work at a desk or computerFrequently standing and walkingAbility to communicate using in-person speech, radios, and telephoneAbility to hear, understand, and distinguish speech and/or other sound in personAbility to distinguish between shades of colorAbility to use tools or equipment requiring a high degree of dexterityWork Environment Potential ConditionsIndoorNoisyBright flashing lightsExtreme HeightsExtreme hot cold temperaturesSlippery surfacesExposure to dust, fumes and/or gasesDisclaimerThe above statements are intended to describe the general nature and level of work being performed by people assigned to this classification.
