You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency products and benefits. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services. Grow your career as you improve your community. As an attentive, sociable, and sales-minded professional, we are eager to have you on our team. RESPONSIBILITIES: Prospecting and developing customer relationships in insurance and financial services. Client consultations and needs assessments to tailor insurance solutions. Consult customers with comprehensive financial planning and insurance options. Assist customers with retirement planning, investment management, and insurance needs. Stay current with market trends and product offerings. QUALIFICATIONS: Experience in sales. Experience in insurance or financial services, preferred. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
