AI Systems Architect / AI Product Builder

ABOUT 800 STORAGE 800 Storage is building AI-powered operational infrastructure across logistics, storage, customer experience, finance, marketing, and internal operations. We are looking for someone who can build complete AI-driven systems, tools, dashboards, interfaces, and operational platforms that improve how the business operates and scales. This is not a basic automation role. This role is for someone who can turn operational problems into scalable AI products and systems. WHAT YOU’LL DO Build AI-powered operational systems, dashboards, and internal tools Develop AI solutions for reporting, SEO analytics, P&L visibility, CRM operations, customer support, logistics, and workflow management Build AI agents, automations, copilots, and intelligent workflows Create modern interfaces and operational platforms used across departments Integrate APIs, databases, CRMs, WhatsApp systems, and internal company tools Identify operational bottlenecks and replace manual work with scalable AI systems Work closely with leadership and developers to launch AI-driven products and operational improvements Research and implement new AI technologies, frameworks, and tools WHAT YOU’LL NEED Strong experience building AI systems, automations, or operational tools Experience with APIs, databases, workflows, and integrations Strong understanding of LLMs, AI agents, and AI orchestration frameworks Experience with tools such as: OpenAI APIs n8n LangChain Make / Zapier Python or JavaScript React or frontend frameworks Strong systems-thinking and problem-solving ability Ability to independently turn ideas into scalable technical solutions Builder mentality with strong ownership and execution skills BONUS EXPERIENCE AI voice systems WhatsApp AI integrations ERP systems SaaS product development Analytics & reporting systems Multi-agent AI systems OCR / document AI Operational dashboards and admin platforms WHAT YOU’LL GET The opportunity to build high-impact AI systems used across the company Direct involvement in company-wide AI strategy and innovation High ownership and autonomy A fast-moving environment focused on operational AI and scalability The opportunity to create systems that can evolve into standalone products or business units #J-18808-Ljbffr
