About the Opportunity
Our client, a growing manufacturing organization, is seeking an experienced and strategic Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) to support business leaders and drive key people initiatives across the organization. This role will serve as a trusted advisor to leadership, partnering closely with managers and employees to support employee relations, talent development, performance management, workforce planning, and HR strategy while ensuring alignment with business goals.

This role will serve as a trusted advisor to leadership, partnering closely with managers and employees to support employee relations, talent development, performance management, workforce planning, and HR strategy while ensuring alignment with business goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with business leaders and department managers to align HR initiatives with organizational objectives
- Provide guidance and support on employee relations matters, including performance management, coaching, investigations, and conflict resolution
- Support workforce planning, organizational development, and succession planning initiatives
- Partner with leadership on talent acquisition strategies and hiring needs
- Drive employee engagement efforts and support initiatives that strengthen culture and retention
- Advise managers on HR policies, procedures, and compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws
- Analyze HR metrics and trends to identify opportunities and support data-driven decision-making
- Support compensation and performance review processes
- Collaborate with HR and business teams on change management initiatives and process improvements
- Assist with implementation and execution of training and employee development programs
- Ensure consistent application of HR practices across assigned business units
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- 5 years of progressive HR experience, including experience in an HR Business Partner or generalist capacity
- Prior experience supporting manufacturing, industrial, or production environments preferred
- Strong knowledge of employment laws, employee relations, and HR best practices
- Experience partnering with leaders at multiple levels of the organization
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency with HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite
- SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, or SPHR certification preferred
- Experience supporting multi-site operations is a plus
- Exposure to workforce planning, change management, and organizational development initiatives preferred
