Job Description
Seeking Data Analyst
Do you enjoy solving complex problems at the intersection of technology, data, and business operations and making those solutions understandable and useful to others?
Grossman Young & Hammond LLC (GYH) is seeking a detail-oriented Data Analyst to support data-driven decision-making across the firm. This role combines data analysis, reporting, workflow automation, and systems support to improve operations and connect business needs with practical technical solutions.
A key part of this role is the ability to translate complex data, technical concepts, and analytical findings into clear, practical insights for non-technical stakeholders. The Data Analyst will work closely with attorneys, firm leadership, and administrative teams to understand their business needs, identify data-driven solutions, and communicate recommendations in a way that is accessible, actionable, and relevant to their work.
The ideal candidate is analytical, creative, collaborative, and comfortable serving as a bridge between technology and the people who use it. The successful candidate will not only be skilled at developing reports, dashboards, and automated solutions, but will also be able to explain what the data means, why it matters, and how it can be used to improve decision-making and firm operations. Strong organizational skills, clear communication, and precise attention to detail are essential.
