Direct Labor Recruiter & HR Generalist Manufacturing

FLEX Inc

Flex is seeking a Direct Labor Recruiter/HR Generalist to operate onsite in Columbia, SC. You will partner with managers on employee relations, workforce planning and direct labor recruiting while ensuring compliant HR practices. This role blends traditional HR generalist duties with hands-on recruitment to attract, develop and retain top talent for the site. Responsibilities include onboarding, performance processes, and coordinating interviews, with a focus on building strong talent pipelines #J-18808-Ljbffr
