Insurance Consultant

ADP is hiring an Insurance Consultant . In this role, you will be the front‑line for solving clients’ challenges, including issue resolution, answering questions, training clients on ADP technology, and more. Your primary goal is to help clients, and you will handle varied queries with clear, professional communication. What you’ll do Provide customer support via phone and digital channels, answering client questions related to business coverage, rates, Pay‑By‑Pay product, audit and dispute processes. Investigate, research, analyze, and resolve complex client issues and advise clients based on ADP and insurance product knowledge. Continuously upgrade knowledge on the insurance industry and ADP products inclusive of payroll. Identify and provide recommendations on additional lines of coverage and agency‑managed benefits administration tools; develop and maintain effective written and verbal communication to ensure client satisfaction. To succeed in this role At least two years of experience in the insurance industry. Must have a Property‑Casualty producer license within 30 days of employment. ADP supports successful candidates in the testing process. Required A college degree is great but not required. Other acceptable experiences may include: Experience noted above. Military experience; ADP values veterans. Preferred Qualifications Property‑Casualty license if not yet licensed; must obtain within 30 days as a condition of employment.
