Repack Support Associate Job Duties:

• Use a pallet jack to transport finished goods from the repack area to designated forklift staging locations.
• Remove and dispose of empty boxes and packaging materials.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Support warehouse and production operations by ensuring product flow remains efficient.
• Follow all company safety procedures and work instructions.
• Assist with additional warehouse duties as assigned.
• Meet productivity and quality expectations throughout the shift.

Repack Support Associate Requirements:

• Ability to stand for 100% of the shift.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. as needed.
• Experience using a pallet jack is preferred.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
• Strong attention to safety and productivity standards.
• Reliable attendance and willingness to work overtime as needed.
• Ability to perform repetitive physical tasks, including standing, walking, and lifting.
