Job Description Compensation: $ 17 an hour - paid bi-weekly Shifts Available: Days and Nights 2-2-3 schedule Key Job Requirements Maintain a safe, clean, and friendly work environment. Accurately control inventory of raw materials, packaging, and finished goods, including requisitioning, receipt, storage, handling, scanning, and shipping. Accurately account for all material movements, including in-plant product holds. Perform incoming trailer inspections as assigned. Read and understand written specifications, procedures, safety information, and packaging diagrams. Accurately control inventory throughout the entire process. Other duties as necessary. Education & Experience High school diploma or equivalent experience. Basic math and computer skills. Forklift certification. Ability to safely operate a forklift. Good oral and written communication skills. Strong organizational skills. Must understand Warehouse Management Systems and processes. ADA Essential Functions Must be able to: Work 12-hour shifts, standing and walking for extended periods. Climb approved ladders and movable steps. Heed safety warnings, devices, and alarms. Communicate effectively in verbal and written form. Frequently lift, carry, push, or pull objects up to 50 lbs, with occasional lifts up to 65 lbs (two-person or mechanical assist required above 65 lbs). Possess adequate problem-solving ability and determine cause-and-effect relationships in office or manufacturing environments.
