You will be responsible for planning and implementing physical rehabilitative programs aimed at improving patients' quality of life. 12 patients per day. You will run your own department! **Responsibilities:** - Develop and implement physical therapy programs focused on rehabilitation. - Work directly with patients to help them achieve maximum physical recovery. - Evaluate the effects of therapy treatments and communicate patients' progress. - Record and document patient care services accurately. - Collaborate with other team members to provide comprehensive care. **Qualifications:** - Previous experience in physical therapy, rehabilitation, or a related field. - Ability to manage a physical workload. - Strong interpersonal skills to build rapport with patients. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills. - Strong leadership qualities.
