Part-Time Residential Care Coordinator (Coverage-Based)

Wage: Starting at $25.00/hour (DOE)

Job Type: Part-Time (As-Needed / Coverage)

Schedule

This role is designed to provide coverage during off-hours and staffing gaps.

Primary shifts

• Swing Shift: 3:45 PM – 12:00 AM
• Overnight Shift: 11:45 PM – 8:00 AM

Shifts are assigned based on program needs such as employee leave, call-outs, and peak coverage times. Hours are expected to avergae 30 per week. Flexibility to work both shifts is a plus.

Position Overview

We are seeking a dependable and compassionate Behavioral Health Aide to join our team in a part-time, coverage-based capacity. This role supports residents in a structured residential environment, with a focus on safety, daily living skills, and behavioral health support during evening and overnight hours. This is a great opportunity for someone looking for flexible hours while making a meaningful impact.

Responsibilities

• Monitor resident behavior and document observations
• Report concerns or incidents promptly to appropriate staff
• Support and oversee medication routines
• Assist with skill-building activities (individual and group)
• Maintain safety, cleanliness, and organization of living spaces
• Complete housekeeping tasks in staff/common areas, including laundry
• Assist with meal prep and evening meals
• Support planned evening activities for residents
• Maintain strict confidentiality
• Perform other duties as assigned
