WRG values loyalty, consistency, and individuals seeking long-­term stability. ** About the Position ** We are looking for a reliable and detail-­oriented multi-restaurant Bookkeeper to join our team in an in-­person role. The ideal candidate is organized, trustworthy, and comfortable handling day-­to-­day bookkeeping and financial records. Role is 2 steps beneath ownership in a team environment with daily interactions. Projects come about that may require temporary role switching. Role is required to prepare and participate in Weekly Monday Meetings. Role also requires consistent and timely monthly report preparation. ** Responsibilities ** Maintain accurate financial records and bookkeeping systems

AP/AR

Reconcile bank and credit card accounts Prepare and process invoices and payments Enter Journal Entries Miscellaneous accounting projects Reporting Sales Tax Cost & Inventory Tracking: Monitor food and beverage costs, inventory use, and waste. Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports Track expenses and receipts Prepare regular financial reports Maintain organized and confidential financial documentation Communicate with management regarding financial records and discrepancies Assist with month-end P&L and year-end bookkeeping as needed Assist tax preparer with needed documentation and explanation Qualifications Previous bookkeeping or accounting experience preferred Strong knowledge of AP/AR Strong attention to detail and accuracy Proficiency with QuickBooks or similar accounting software Comfortable using Microsoft Excel Strong organizational and time-management skills Ability to work independently and meet deadlines Professional, dependable, and trustworthy Excellent communication skills Quickbooks/Sage experience experience necessary Restaurant365 Experience a plus A strong professional track record with excellent references ** What We Offer ** Competitive Salary Stable, in-person work environment Vacation Paid Time Off Health Insurance #J-18808-Ljbffr Waldorf Restaurant Group
