We are seeking an experienced Python & Snowflake Developer with strong software development and data engineering skills. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing scalable data solutions, building ETL/ELT pipelines, and working with Snowflake and cloud technologies in a financial services environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain data solutions using Python and SQL .
• Design, develop, and support Snowflake data warehouse solutions.
• Build and maintain ETL/ELT pipelines .
• Develop efficient database queries and optimize data processing.
• Collaborate with engineering, business, and data teams in an Agile environment.
• Participate in code reviews, testing, troubleshooting, and production support.
• Use cloud platforms, preferably AWS , for data and application development.

Required Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years of software development and data engineering experience.
• Strong Python programming skills.
• Strong SQL and database development experience.
• Hands-on experience with Snowflake .
• Experience building and supporting ETL/ELT pipelines .
• Experience with Git, Jira, and Agile methodologies.
• Experience with cloud platforms, preferably AWS .

Preferred Skills

• Snowpark, Snowpipe, Streams, and Tasks.
• Data Warehousing and Dimensional Modeling .
• Pandas, PySpark, or similar data processing frameworks.
• Docker/Kubernetes.
• Financial services or risk management experience.
• Data governance, security, and compliance knowledge.

Must be local to Dallas or Tampa and able to work onsite 3 days/week.
