Litigation Attorney

A highly regarded national litigation firm is seeking a talented Litigation Associate to join its growing Fort Lauderdale office.

The ideal candidate will have:

• 2-7 years of litigation experience
• Strong academic credentials
• Excellent writing and advocacy skills
• Experience handling depositions, motions, and discovery
• Insurance coverage or insurance defense experience preferred
• A desire to take ownership of cases and develop into a first-chair litigator

This is an exceptional opportunity for an attorney who genuinely loves litigation and wants to build a sophisticated national practice. Rather than being confined to a local docket, you will work on complex, high-exposure disputes across the country, with significant federal court experience and direct access to partners and clients. The firm's Florida team is particularly well known for handling insurance coverage disputes, catastrophic loss matters, professional liability work, and complex commercial litigation. The office regularly litigates matters involving major property losses, construction-related claims, bad faith issues, and other high-stakes disputes.

Compensation

• Salary: $120,000 - $200,000+
• Performance bonus potential
