Job Overview Arrow Senior Living is seeking a Care Partner for The Westbury Senior Living location in Columbia, Missouri. Shift Schedule Week 1: Tuesday, Thursday, Friday – 7:00 pm to 7:00 am Week 2: Monday, Saturday, Sunday – 7:00 pm to 7:00 am Responsibilities Advocate empathy: Understand the importance of empathy and create human connection with residents in vulnerable moments. Qualifications At least 18 years of age. High school diploma or equivalent. Reading, writing, understanding, and communicating in English. Positive and energetic attitude; love for residents. Computer skills to print documents and enter resident information. Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, and stoop all day. Ability to lift or move up to 50 pounds frequently.
