Customer Service Rep

Johnson Service Group is looking for a Customer Service Rep with 1-4 years' experience working in an Aerospace environment. This is a temp-direct job in WA state. Pay Rate: $22.00 HR.

Position Summary: To provide sales staff support in an efficient and accurate manner. This entails a high level of verbal and written communication with customers, vendors, and staff.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Customer interface via phone or email.
• Contact manufacturers for pricing.
• Enter vendor quotes.
• Enters sales orders, validating entry to customer purchase order.
• Works open order reports.
• Follow up on open purchase orders.
• Answer phones.
• Assist customers when possible or refers to appropriate sales associate.
• Assists assigned sales associates with miscellaneous clerical or research tasks.
• Work with other departments as needed to solve issues.

Minimum Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities):

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Less than 2 years aerospace experience.
• Ability to maintain a high level of accuracy.
• Computer skills, including the use Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, and Outlook.
• Email at a highly proficient level.
• Excellent verbal, written, and listening skills.
• Ability to organize and prioritize tasks.
• Ability to work as part of a team.
• Willingness to continue development to self-enhance personal performance.
