Maintenance & TPM Supervisor - Safety & Continuous Improvement

Magna Powertrain is recruiting a Maintenance Supervisor to oversee the installation, maintenance, and repair of mechanical and electrical systems in our Michigan facilities. You will lead a team to improve safety, efficiency, and MTTR/MTBF while ensuring compliance with IATF16949, EMS, and other standards. The role requires a Bachelor’s or Journeyman designation, 7+ years in maintenance, 5+ years in supervision, and TPM experience.
