Working Hours 6 a.m. – 3 p.m. at the Sterling Plant; 22445 Sous Vide Lane, Sterling, VA 20166 Job Responsibilities Troubleshoot, install, repair and maintain the operating condition of production and processing machinery and surrounding equipment, including hydraulic and pneumatic systems, robotics, motors, pumps, conveyor systems, cooking equipment et cetera. Troubleshoot malfunctioning components of processing equipment. Read electrical schematics and manufacturer’s maintenance manuals to determine proper operation. Maintain a comprehensive preventative maintenance program for machinery in the facility. Complete accurate and timely documentation of maintenance records, work orders and task records. Execute all Lockout‑Tag‑Out (LOTO) procedures. Apply good mechanical aptitude and knowledge of control systems. Execute effective troubleshooting and systematically diagnose mechanical or electrical problems. Set up, start‑up, adjust and operate equipment; properly shut down and change over as required by company standards to minimize downtime.
