Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage the end-to-end lifecycle of data centre construction and infrastructure projects.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including design, engineering, procurement, and operations, to ensure project objectives are met.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource plans to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery.
• Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and implement mitigation strategies to address challenges proactively.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, standards, and company policies throughout the project lifecycle.
• Coordinate with external contractors, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure alignment with project goals and deliverables.
• Prepare and present regular project status reports to senior management and stakeholders.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance project delivery processes and outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• Proven experience in project management, preferably within the data centre or construction industry.
• Strong understanding of data centre infrastructure, including power, cooling, and networking systems.
• Proficiency in project management tools and software.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work effectively under pressure.
• Certification in project management (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) is a plus.
• Familiarity with health, safety, and environmental regulations in construction projects.

Day-to-Day

• Coordinate daily project activities and ensure alignment with overall project plans.
• Conduct site visits to monitor progress and address any on-site issues.
• Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth communication and collaboration.
• Track project milestones and deliverables, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.
• Review and approve project documentation, including contracts, drawings, and reports.
• Facilitate regular project meetings to discuss updates, challenges, and next steps.
• Ensure all safety protocols and quality standards are strictly adhered to on-site.
