Regional Business Consultant (Franchise Operations & Growth) Location: Remote (U.S.-based) Travel: Up to 50% About the Opportunity We are partnering with a nationally recognized franchise organization in the property services and restoration industry to hire a Regional Business Consultant (RBC). This role is critical in driving franchisee success through coaching, financial performance optimization, and operational leadership. This is a high-impact position where you will work directly with business owners to improve profitability, scale operations, and elevate overall performance across a portfolio of locations.
