**Experience Required:** - 2 years of experience required - Travel experience required - Previous Charge Experience preferred - Community Hospital Experience preferred - Must be comfortable with the prison population - Must have experience assisting with bedside procedures **Certifications Required:** - BLS (Basic Life Support) - ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) - NIH (National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale) - CPI (Crisis Prevention Intervention) required; MAB (Management of Assaultive Behavior) is accepted in lieu of CPI **Licensure:** - TN state license or multi-state compact license required at submission - License must be active with no pending licenses accepted **Vaccination Requirements:** - COVID-19 Vaccine: Required, with Medical/Religious Exemptions only - Flu Vaccine: Required, with Medical Exemptions only **Skills Required:** - Accessing/Managing Ports - Administration of chemotherapy* - Arterial line management - Assist with Chest Tube Insertion/Removal - BiPAP/CPAP management/maintenance - Blood Product Administration - Care of Ventilated Patient - Central line care/management - Chronic/Acute Renal failure - Continuous IV sedation - CVA/Acute Stroke management - GI surgery - High Flow Nasal Cannula (HFNC) - Infection Prevention - Interpretation of Arterial Blood Gases (ABGs) - Interpretation of dysrhythmias - Isolation Precautions/PPE - IV insulin protocols - Management of dysrhythmias - Management of patient with multisystem organ dysfunction/failure - Phlebotomy* - PICC line management - Pre/Post Cardiac Cath/intervention - Procedural Sedation Administration/Monitoring - Pulmonary Artery Line/Swan Ganz monitoring* - Starting and maintaining IVs - Suctioning (ETT, NT) - Titrate Cardiac drips - Titrate Vasoactive drips - Ventilator Management
