Position Overview

AO Globe Life is looking for a Client Coverage Specialist to help individuals and families understand insurance coverage designed to support their financial protection. In this remote role, you will connect with prospective clients, conduct virtual needs-based conversations, and explain life, accident, and supplemental health insurance options. You will receive warm leads, structured training, daily mentorship, and the resources needed to grow in a client-focused career. Responsibilities Work with prospective clients from company-provided warm leads

Schedule and conduct virtual consultations

Learn about client needs, goals, and coverage questions

Explain life, supplemental health, and accident insurance options

Help clients understand benefits and available services

Follow up consistently to provide an excellent client experience

Keep organized and accurate communication records

Participate in ongoing training and performance coaching

Important Information About This Opportunity This is a 100% remote, independent contractor opportunity with American Income Life / Globe Life. Compensation is commission-based and performance-driven; this is not an hourly or salaried position. Candidates selected to move forward should be prepared to: • Be at least 18 years of age and legally eligible to work in the United States • Provide their own computer/laptop, webcam, reliable high-speed internet, and professional remote workspace • Complete required training and participate in virtual meetings • Obtain the appropriate state Life & Health Insurance License before conducting licensed insurance activities • Complete applicable pre-licensing coursework, examinations, and state licensing requirements at the candidate’s expense No prior insurance experience is required. Training, mentorship, licensing guidance, and ongoing professional development are provided.
