Join us to make legends happen!THE ROLEThe Conversions Crew Member is responsible for transforming the arena floor to meet the specific set up requirements of each event. This role is essential to ensuring the venue is prepared in a safe, efficient and timely mannerESSENTIAL DUTES AND RESPONSIBILITIES· Assist with the set up and breakdown of event equipment, flooring, seating and staging per requirements· Safely operate a variety of tools and equipment as required for conversions· Maintain a clean and organized work environment· Follow direction from team leads to complete tasks efficiently· Work collaboratively as a team to meet tight deadlinesQUALIFICATIONSTo perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty with energy and enthusiasm. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.
