Job Summary We are seeking a skilled Tractor Operator with pesticide spray experience to support farm operations. This role involves operating tractors, maintaining equipment, and executing crop-growing and maintenance activities efficiently and effectively. Key Responsibilities Operate tractors and perform pesticide spraying in open field crop environments. Conduct regular maintenance of farm equipment, irrigation systems, and fields. Execute operational tasks related to tractor work and pesticide application. Support crop-growing and maintenance activities to ensure farm productivity. Required Qualifications Minimum of 2+ years of tractor operation and pesticide spray experience. Ability to perform routine maintenance on farm equipment and irrigation systems. Strong understanding of safe pesticide handling and application practices. Willingness to work onsite at the Acampo location. Preferred Qualifications Prior experience in open field crop farming. Familiarity with farm safety protocols and agricultural best practices. Certifications Medical fit test and respirator certification required. Education: High School
