As a Lead PreSchool Teacher at Beanstalk Academy, you will play a vital role in shaping the lives of our young students.
Responsibilities:
Lead a team of preschool teachers in designing and implementing effective lesson plans and activities
Develop and maintain a curriculum that aligns with state and national standards
Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment that fosters social, emotional, and cognitive growth
Collaborate with parents and other staff members to track student progress and development
Participate in professional development opportunities to enhance teaching skills and knowledge
Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of experience as a preschool teacher or lead teacher
Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or related field (Study plan option available)
Proven ability to lead and manage a team of teachers
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances
