Our team has been recognized for proving proficiency in the face of change, going above and beyond to deliver excellence, from sales to service to operations!Key Responsibilities:Perform work as outlined on the repair order with efficiency and accuracy, in accordance with dealership standards and requirementsDiagnoses cause of most malfunctions and performs repairCommunicates with parts department to obtain needed partsDocuments all work performed and recommended on the repair orderCommunicate directly with service Advisors so that customers can be informed and provided an estimate if any additional service is neededExecuting repairs under warranty to manufacturer specificationsSaves and tags parts of the job if under warranty or if requested by customerParticipates in Toyota-sponsored training programs, schools and eventsKeeps abreast of manufacturer technical bulletins.Supervises work of any apprentice technicians as assignedReports machinery defects or malfunctions or safety issues immediatelyQualificationsExperience as a Toyota technician is preferredToyota and/or ASE Certifications are idealStrong automotive technical background consisting of a minimum of 4 years of related experience and/or graining or equivalent combination of education and experienceValid driver's license, able to pass a background check & drug screenStrong teamwork skills with a customer service mentalityBasic computer competencies with ability to operate electronic diagnostic equipment, learn new technology, repair & service procedures and specificationsEnjoy working in a fast-paced environment, employing mechanical and trouble shooting skillsTime management skillsFantastic communication skills with your customersWe are an equal opportunity employer.
