The Role

You will be the boots on the ground between our crews and our clients. You know what a good job site looks like. You know what a crew needs to perform. And you know how to hold people accountable without losing their respect.

This is not a desk job. You will be in the field every day — checking quality, solving problems, and making sure Green Empire's name means something on every property we touch. If you've been a strong foreman or crew lead who's ready for the next step — this is your moment.

Responsibilities

Crew leadership - Lead and direct field crew across multiple job sites, ensuring work is completed on time and to standard.

Quality Control - Walk every active job. Catch problems before clients do. Hold crews accountable to Green Empire's quality standard.

Equipment Accountability - Inspect vehicles, trailers, and tools daily. Equipment readiness is your responsibility every single morning.

Safety Compliance - Enforce safety protocols on every job site. Conduct bilingual safety briefings with your crews.

Documentation - Submit job photos, receipts, and progress updates. Keep records clean and current.

Client Communication - Be the face of Green Empire on site. Handle concerns professionally and escalate when needed.

Requirements

5+ years of hands-on commercial landscaping experience

Experience leading a crew of 5 or more in the field

Strong knowledge of landscaping equipment, maintenance, and safety

Valid driver's license and clean driving record

DFW based — this is a 100% in-person, in-the-field role

Reliable, accountable, and hungry to grow

Strong Advantage

Bilingual — English and Spanish

TCEQ Licensed Irrigator (LI) or actively pursuing

OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 certified

Experience with irrigation systems, hardscaping, or enhancements

Familiarity with Jobber or similar field management software
