CNA Restorative Aide Previous experience as a restorative aide required Part Time Every Other Weekend $16-$17.50/hour Job Summary: At Terraces of Lake Worth Care Center, located in the vibrant community of Lake Worth Beach, Florida, we are seeking a compassionate and skilled CNA Restorative Aide to join our interdisciplinary team. As a CNA Restorative Aide, you will play a vital role in supporting our residents' recovery and rehabilitation goals. Responsibilities: Provide resident-centered care, promoting independence, dignity, and comfort to our short-term and long-term residents Assist with restorative therapy programs, including exercise, ambulation, and mobility exercises, under the guidance of licensed therapists Monitor and record vital signs, report changes to nursing staff, and participate in care conferences Perform various activities of daily living (ADLs) and assist with personal care needs, including bathing, dressing, and grooming Maintain a clean and safe environment, adhering to infection control protocols and safety guidelines Collaborate with nursing staff, therapists, and other interdisciplinary team members to develop and implement individualized care plans Work Environment: Our state-of-the-art care center offers a modern, comfortable, and secure facility where each individual receives the finest sub-acute medical care, rehabilitation services, and 24-hour skilled nursing care.
