At Marzoni's Brick Oven & Brewery, our mission is to provide Good Food, Good Beer, and Good Times to our guests. Position Duties:
- Operation of Kitchen Equipment
- Proper Sanitation and Preventative Maintenance of Equipment
- Follow HACCP guidelines and complete Safety Temperature Sheets
- Follow Marzoni's Standard for preparing quality food in a timely manner
- Stock line and prep food when needed by following FIFO: First in- First out
- Performing other duties as assigned or directed
