At Marzoni's Brick Oven & Brewery, our mission is to provide good food, good beer, and good times to our guests. Whether you are a culinary professional or interested in taking on a new challenge, we provide the training and tools to ensure that each one of our team members is successful in their role.
Position duties:
- Operation of kitchen equipment
- Proper sanitation and preventative maintenance of equipment
- Follow HACCP guidelines and complete safety temperature sheets
- Follow Marzoni's standard for preparing quality food in a timely manner
- Stock line and prep food when needed by following FIFO: first in-first out
- Performing other duties as assigned or directed
