Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Kansas City is seeking a Fraud Investigator in its Special Investigations Unit to identify potential fraud, waste, and abuse in claims with moderate complexity and limited oversight. You will assist in FWA risk assessments, monitor hotlines and alerts, conduct investigations, and prepare detailed case files and reports for key stakeholders.
