They are currently seeking a skilled and compassionate Board Certified Hospitalist Physician to join their team at a new Facility in Tennessee.This role provides comprehensive medical care to hospitalized patients. You will work closely with a team of dedicated healthcare professionals to ensure the best possible outcomes for our patients.Key Responsibilities:- Provide inpatient care to hospitalized patients, including diagnosis, treatment, and management of acute and chronic conditions- Collaborate with other physicians, nurses, and healthcare professionals to develop and implement treatment plans- Monitor and assess patients' progress, order and interpret diagnostic tests, and adjust treatment plans as needed- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and caregivers to educate them about their conditions and treatment options- Adhere to all hospital policies, procedures, and standards of care- Document patient care accurately and timely in electronic medical records- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and activities to improve patient outcomes and patient satisfaction- Stay updated with the latest developments in the field of hospital medicine and participate in continuing education and professional development activitiesQualifications:- Medical degree from an accredited medical school- Board certification in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine- Active and unrestricted medical license in the state of Tennessee- Minimum of 3years of experience as a Hospitalist Physician- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills- Proficient in electronic medical records and other healthcare technologyWe offer a competitive salary and benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, retirement plan, paid time off, and CME allowance.
