Home Health RN Clinical Manager

Join Our Caring Healthcare Community We are seeking a Registered Nurse Clinical Manager to lead and support a team of clinicians delivering compassionate home health care. In this role, you will guide, educate, and support clinical staff in care planning and decision-making, ensure documentation, audits, and billing comply with regulatory standards, participate in hiring, training, and performance evaluations, review clinical documentation for accuracy and compliance, collaborate with clinicians to resolve documentation issues, assist with data accuracy for OASIS assessments, monitor quality indicators and support performance improvement initiatives, participate in quality audits and regulatory readiness, report on quality metrics and trends, educate staff on compliance and documentation standards, stay current on home health regulations.
