‍⚕️ What you’ll do as a PCA: You’ll provide meaningful, one-on-one care that truly impacts lives, including: Personal care assistance:

Bathing, dressing, grooming, shaving

Ambulation and safe transfers

Incontinence and bed-bound care

Daily support:

Meal preparation

Medication reminders

Companionship and emotional support

Errands and medical appointments

Home support:

Light housekeeping

Maintaining a safe, clean environment

Specialized care (training provided):

Hospice supportive care

Range of motion exercises

Safe use of gait belts and Hoyer lifts

✅ What you need to get started

TB test (within 1 year) or chest X-ray (within 5 years)

CPR & First Aid certification

Valid identification

Ability to speak and understand English

Preferred (but not required):

Experience with Hoyer lifts, Foley care, ROM exercises, and personal care
