Distribution Center Associate - Shipping

Summary The Distribution Center Associate is responsible for accurate receiving, storing, picking, put-away, and shipping of product to meet safety, security, and productivity standards. The role supports staging and loading outbound trailers and organizes product to prevent damage. This position operates in a fast-paced warehouse environment and requires adherence to team and departmental performance goals. Responsibilities Receive pallets and complete receipts by purchase order, aligning product by vendor Stage and load product into outbound trailers following shipping best practices Ensure accuracy and proper orientation of loads to prevent damage Stack and organize items to support safe handling and unloading Perform putaway, picking, and shipping tasks to maintain inventory accuracy Meet individual, team, and departmental productivity and performance goals Maintain a clean, safe warehouse in compliance with federal, state, and local laws Requirements 1+ years of distribution or warehouse experience Basic mathematics and reading skills and strong understanding of inventory flow Strong organizational and communication skills Ability to consistently lift a minimum of 50 lbs and perform prolonged standing, twisting, stooping, kneeling, squatting, bending, and climbing #J-18808-Ljbffr Brobston Group LLC
