Come join our team as a Warehouse Associate/Driver! The position of Warehouse Associate/Driver is critical to ensure the production teams have all materials they need on a daily basis and to ensure accurate inventory at their assigned facility.

Ensure all items received into the warehouse are accurately accounted for with no damage caused by handling. Receive deliveries in a timely manner. Assist in pulling accurate materials per the job sheets and builder-specific requirements. Conduct inventory reconciliation as required, ensuring accurate counts of all inventory items. Keep all returned materials organized. Accurately complete/submit all necessary paperwork. Safety executes deliveries of water heaters, various service department needs, etc. daily. Delivery of tubs/showers as needed. Conduct all warehouse and delivery activities in a safe and responsible manner. Ensure all warehouse and inventory storage areas are kept clean and organized. Perform additional tasks as required by the operations teams.

Qualifications include clear, effective communications skills – both written and verbal. Excellent customer service skills. Intermediate mathematical abilities. Aptitude for prioritizing and coordinating a variety of tasks. Independent. Disposition for accuracy, attention to detail, and organization. A high school diploma or GED is required. Approved driving R.T. Moore vehicles.

Working conditions include standing, walking, using hands or fingers, handling or feeling, reaching with hands and arms, stooping, kneeling, crouching or crawling, seeing, talking and hearing. Must be able to climb or balance regularly. Near constant lifting or carrying of items of various weight, typically up to 10 pounds most of the day. Capable of lifting at least 100 pounds on occasion. Manual dexterity sufficient to reach/handle items, work with the fingers and perceive attributes of objects and materials. Primarily a physical position performing some strenuous daily activities of a physical nature. Minimum travel.
