Job Title: Senior Salesforce Engineer
Location : 1915 Health Services Way, Raleigh, NC
Contract
Key Responsibilities- Lead technical discovery sessions with product owners and program stakeholders to define requirements, evaluate solution options, and recommend best-fit approaches.
- Lead integration designs, blueprinting, and configuration strategies.
- Develop Apex, Lightning Web Components, Flows, and system integrations following established engineering practices and platform governance.
- Review Salesforce Spring, Summer, and Winter release notes to identify breaking changes, deprecations, new settings, and feature impacts.
- Assess how platform updates affect existing systems and integrations.
- Apply AI-driven approaches to enhance Salesforce solutions, including identifying practical use cases, incorporating intelligent automation, and ensuring responsible and compliant use of emerging technologies.
- 5+ years of hands-on Salesforce experience across configuration, customization, and solution design.
- 5+ years of strong hands-on development experience with Apex, Lightning Web Components, and integration development in enterprise environments.
- 3+ years of experience supporting public-sector, regulated, or compliance-heavy programs (or equivalent experience in complex multi-team environments).
- 2+ years of experience leading technical discovery, design sessions, or development teams in a senior or lead capacity.
