Seeking a results-oriented Key Account Manager, the full-time remote position will manage and grow strategic Direct accounts, focusing on building long-term customer relationships, driving commercial strategy, and ensuring exceptional execution across all customer touchpoints. Key responsibilities Develop and execute strategic account plans for assigned Direct customers to drive long-term growth and retention Build strong relationships with key decision-makers and influencers within customer organizations Coordinate cross-functional teams to meet service, quality, and delivery expectations while identifying new business opportunities Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, packaging, engineering, or a related field Minimum of 5 years' B2B account management experience, preferably with large Direct packaging customers Proven success in building and expanding strategic customer relationships Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills Willingness to travel as required for customer and business needs
