We guide, coach, and teach so that every child/youth and family we work with may experience new ways of thinking, develop positive relationships, and realize a better life.We are seeking an organized, detail-oriented Business Intelligence Developer to provide advanced oversight, optimization, and strategic maintenance and reporting from the agency's electronic health record (EHR) system with primary responsibility for data analytics, reporting infrastructure, and business intelligence initiatives. Design, develop, and maintain multi-page dashboards and reporting systems to support quality assurance, compliance, operational efficiency, and strategic decision-making. Support complex EHR configuration, reporting architecture, and cross-departmental data initiatives.This role aids in our understanding of business practices by developing robust reports in power BI from our EMR, (Credible) as well as integrating data from other platforms in our tech stack including Microix, Rippling, Relias, etc.This position is Monday - Friday, daytime hours (flexible on start and stop times).
