Underground Utility Laborer | CDL Preferred | Paid Training
Location: Canistota, SD
Job Type: Full-Time

No experience? No problem. We'll train the right person who has a strong work ethic, positive attitude, and willingness to learn.

- Install underground utility infrastructure, including fiber optic, electric, water, and utility systems
- Assist with directional drilling and underground construction projects
- Load, unload, inspect, and maintain tools, equipment, and materials
- Drive commercial vehicles and transport equipment to job sites ( CDL preferred )
- Operate construction equipment after training and qualification
- Support crews in completing projects safely, efficiently, and with quality workmanship
- Travel to project sites throughout the region as needed
- Work outdoors in a physically active, team-oriented environment
- Follow company safety policies and help maintain a strong safety culture
- Strong work ethic and dependable attendance
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Enjoy working with a team
- Commitment to safety and quality workmanship
- Mechanical aptitude is a plus
- Valid Commercial Driver's License ( CDL )
- Construction, underground utility, excavation, directional drilling, or heavy equipment experience
- Experience towing trailers or hauling equipment
- Experience operating construction equipment
