Key Responsibilities:

- Build networks and collaborate with attorneys, mortgage lenders, and contractors.

Requirements:
- Ability to work independently with excellent interpersonal skills.
- Strong sales, negotiation, and communication abilities.
- Quick-thinking with the ability to handle high-pressure situations.
- Active real estate agent’s or broker’s license.
