Works with Administrator/Director of Nursing to ensure appropriate staffing levels are maintained according to policy Maintains primary control and management of each patient and acts as the primary liaison between physician, patient/family and the IDT Supervises all patient care activity to assure compliance with current standards of accepted nursing and medical practice. Qualifications Minimum of two (2) years full-time experience as an RN, either in oncology, an acute care setting with direct patient care, a long-term care facility, hospice or home health care. Current license to practice nursing in the state of Texas Current CPR certification required Home Care Home Base experience preferred Current automobile insurance and valid driver’s license, maintain transportation to be used for work Excellent patient assessment skills.
